Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Amy Stevenson. I’m a licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 25 years of experience supporting adolescence and adults as they move through life’s challenges and transitions.

I take a holistic approach to address mental health therapy, as well as working with those who struggle with addictions, substance use and the challenges that includes for individuals and their loved ones. My work encompasses a strength-based, trauma-informed style. I’ve also found a passion for Internal Family Systems developed by Dr Richard Schwartz. His non-pathologizing “All parts are welcome” philosophy guides my work, creating a space to explore deeply and gently.

I welcome individuals of all identities, backgrounds and relationship structures.
